Process Engineer I
We are looking for a Process Engineer I to join our Process Development team. The Process Engineer will work with a team of scientists and engineers to develop and scale up fermentation processes for protein production, set-up, operate, and maintain lab-scale equipment, coordinate technical activities, and evaluate experimental performance by monitoring process parameters, sampling, taking off-line measurements, accurately record data/observations, summarize experimental data, present results in technical presentations and written report and propose ideas leading to new experiments or improving processes.
Business Development Manager, Functional and Nutritional Food Ingredients
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and optimize ROI on database subscriptions and market reports, actively lead data gathering, compilation, interpretation and reporting on consumer trends, major stakeholders by market or product segments, category growth, market trends, initiate new projects externally through constant coordination with Clara Foods’ Technology and Application teams and active knowledge of external customers’ needs and market demands, lead development of business plans, with proforma details, that are in line with Clara Foods’ strategic growth plan and grounded in the dynamic consumer, create a viable new product pipeline and optimize value proposition of existing pipeline that could results in business growth in line with Clara Foods’ strategic business plan.

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our strain engineering team for a three- to six-month internship program, starting in summer 2018. The candidate will be working on strain engineering tasks including molecular cloning, high throughput screening, microbe culturing and other processes.
